Our collaborative project photographed in a real circus school was filled with incredible props, big personalities, and lots of talent. Our characters for this photoshoot included:

THE CLOWN: quirky, fun, and skillful

THE LION: fierce

AERIALIST: elegant, mysterious, and brave

THE RING MASTER: powerful, classy, and in charge

THE STRONG MAN: strong

Fun facts about this shoot: Our model in the Lyra ring had never been on one. She also wasn’t afraid of heights which is lucky because that thing hangs about 7 feet off the ground. Our wardrobe stylist was also our lion model. The costume worn by our clown was a vintage Rockette costume from the 1950’s. We painted the big top backdrop ourselves instead of spending nearly a grand on a rental. How’s that for resourceful?
